Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

-All domestic orders over $100 ship free with USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)

-USPS tracking is also provided for all orders

-Once order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship out. We will also be providing you tracking confirmation email  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

-Shipping rates can be seen when checking out

-Once order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for a tracking confirmation email

-All international shipments will be delivered Duties Unpaid. Any duties and taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival in your country.

-TDA is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Duty Taxes. Customers are responsible for paying these fees associated with their shipment.

-Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable for packages that are refused or returned. If your merchandise or package is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs, or duties charges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Any remaining amount after these costs will be issued as store credit.

-Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. TDA is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package cannot be delivered and is returned or discarded within your country, no refund will be issued for the order.

-By purchasing from TDA, You acknowledge that you may need to pay duties to import products into your destination country.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES:

-Once the package has left our facility from Huntington Beach, CA, we are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages/orders.

-We are not able to refund or replace the order until our investigation is complete.

-Open a claim with the shipping company for any lost/stolen/damaged packages.

*All packages are insured. In the event your order arrives damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages showing as delivered but not received.*

ORDER CANCELLATION:

-Must receive a cancellation email within 24 hours of purchase to contact@thedreamacademie.com

-If 24 hours have passed, we are not able to cancel the order.
